Walnut Grill — O’fallon - O'Fallon

Walked in around 1:00pm on a Thursday and waited in the vestibule for 10 minutes for any sign of life. Phone ringing off the hook and no one to seat us. Bummer, I was hungry. I understand there is a work shortage but you could hear THAT phone ringing from a mile away. Had to eat Culver's

Just ok. Harsh lighting, loud music, food was quite good. Service was slow. We wanted dessert and water refills but waitresses were cleaning tables. Eventually one brought us our check and wished us a good night and went back to cleaning tables. It was half empty and we wanted a booth and were sat at a table. Most of the booths were open so not sure why we couldn’t sit at one.

A beautiful sunny day, wonderful food and great service. What more could you ask for?

We had a bridal shower today at Walnut Grill in O'Fallon and the experience was wonderful! The servers that took care of us were wonderful! The food was awesome! They met every expectation! Highly recommend having an event at this restaurant!

New to the state, have been busy with everything so we had “date night”. Found this restaurant and so glad we did. Jillian our server was great. So pleasant, and informative. The French onion soup was AMAZING. Our Mel's was delicious as well. Sorry no room for dessert. Maybe next time will be dessert night. There will be a next time.
