Bidrage med feedbackThe rooms are clean, bright, comfortable. hotel is underoccupied. our room was only finished after 17 o'clock. the room was not decorated, although the next day asked. the breakfast is wonderful and I recommend booking a room with breakfast. the staff is very friendly and trying to be helpful. it looks like the prices for a night had risen, but the service went down. with an adjustment of the price for the additional inconvenience, this would be recommended a place. otherwise a little pricy for what they get.
Clean. Beautiful. Super friendly staff. This is the best Hilton garden inn we’ve ever stayed at!!! It seems brand new. The bar restaurant offerings were a plus. We have about 75 people stay from our family alone everyone was thrilled.
Stayed here for 2 nights. Excellent location, very friendly staff, very good breakfast. Nice seating areas both inside and outside. Good fitness center. No complaints or issues. Overall excellent experience. I will stay here again if I am in the area.
We stayed here 3 nights for a wedding. Even though there were 3 other wedding parties staying there, the hotel was super quiet and we slept great! The hotel was extremely clean, they were cleaning all the time and very thorough. We had breakfast every morning in the lobby restaurant area, which was great because people could wake up at their own time and mosey on down and meet others for breakfast. You do have to pay, but it’s not expensive and the eggs and omelets were fresh made! Potatoes, pancakes and sausage very good too! If you order breakfast you get access to the buffet which has all you can eat bagels, toast, cereal, pastries, oatmeal, fruit and yogurt. So it was perfect for our diverse group of eaters. Plus plenty of free coffee all day for anyone which was nice for those who didn’t want to eat. We also liked that they had a ‘take away’ to go food and drink area so we could get late night snacks and wine/beer when the bar and restaurant was closed. I didn’t swim but some in our party did, pool sounded nice and there was a hot tub. Overall a very lovely stay, would highly recommend to any in the Oconomowoc area. We slept well, it was quiet and it was clean, can’t ask for much more! The people who work there were all very nice too. It’s a short drive to downtown. There is a store across the street if you need basic supplies (we walked).
This was our third visit to this hotel in the past two years. The good: extremely comfortable beds, very clean room, Keurig machine in room, expansive, cooked to order breakfast, friendly receptionist, decent pool and spa. Our room (338) overlooked the front parking lot and was quiet, but the lights did not bother us as the curtains completely black the room out. The bad: super big pillows that give you neck pain; we were three guests in a two-queen bedroom, with only three towels and ONE hook to hang them all on so had to use the chairs (long haired guests need two towels, minimum The rest is nit-picky but still important to share, because the smallest things can be super annoying when you are dead tired from traveling: one teeny tiny shampoo bottle to share between three was not enough; the shower curtain needs to be weighted to avoid water pooling on the floor; I really did not like being told I had to pay $9.95 if I wanted a muffin in the morning. Read the fine print about the breakfast here, if you don't pay the $9.95 per person upon booking. It is a restaurant with a chef, run separately from the hotel management by a local family, so the public comes in for breakfast too; the hotel itself will nickel and dime you for anything other than a coffee, even the water is not free! It was a miserable, pre-packaged sugary muffin, too. The Hilton could do much better for guests who do not eat a big breakfast free bananas or a pastry. And to both the restaurant and hotel, I would say they should serve pourable half-n-half; for three coffees it was messy, inconvenient and time-consuming to open 15 tiny little creamers. And, keep honey near the tea!
