We were in the hotel on 23.3.17 and wanted to eat something in the evening. we were given a 20% health certificate for the thüringer stube. then my friend ordered a blackshaxe and I ordered an caesar salad with sardels. the blackshaxe was good and favorable in consideration of the 20% discount. I got the salat, which was dressed with pink fried speck. unfortunately I ordered this salat extra, because I was not a meat eate and this was one of the few dishes without meat. to my question, where the sardelles are said the waiter, who would be with in dressing. to my statement that there was speck on it and that was not described in the card, he said I could do it down. as we were sitting very close to the kitchen, we heard how the waiter at going out to his chef said: "In a Caesar-Salad is still speck!" I have briefly thought about whether to start with him and about the principle "what is in the card should be on my teller too. And if not, he waited to inform me about deviations in advance!" to discuss but I had no more bock. the waiter said that many guests had complained that the anchovy would not be visible. Completely overloaded staff, waiting time only for drinks approx. 40 min, then we ate outside the hotel.
We have already been some paints in the restaurant, but unfortunately the quality of the dips decreases every year. quite expensive, quite small portions and you sit quickly on the dry, as the cellar seems overwhelmed.What we have never experienced: it has not been possible to reserve a table since this year! I can't!
Very good service, good atmosphere, eat very tasty and plentiful. price-performance ratio very good.
