Turtle Jack's Oakville

The food here was horrible i got the chicken fajita which had no flavour whatsoever and the guacamole that i got looked old and brown. My husband also ordered the buffalo chicken burger it came out super dry and tasteless he did tell the waitress that he couldn’t eat it but she didn’t seem to care. Waste of money and time coming here.

I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and fries. Fries were good but the chicken was chewy and tough ?. Maybe it was overcooked and so it dried out? Waste of .

I find that every time I visit Turtle Jacks in Oakville I have to leave because they either don’t have any air conditioning or it’s turned down extremely low for what reason I’m not sure because it’s warm outside. I find that kind of restaurant environment very uncomfortable as it is very sticky in the restaurant and smells very damp. Not pleasant at all.

Good food. Good ambience. Great service. Love their desserts. Their sticky toffee pudding and skor brownie is a must try ??
