I absolutely love the pizza here and everyone is always very friendly and helpful. I recently made a special request for a partially cooked pizza I could heat up over the holidays and they were incredibly accommodating. Plus the pizza turned out great and the truffle aioli on the side was a big hit! Would highly recommend! Vegetarian options: Lots of great vegetarian toppings for custom pizzas. Tried Forno for the first time on 11/24/23 for 6:05 pickup. Arrived at 6:05 and the pizza hadn't been put into the oven. The cashier, who was quote friendly, said it would be 5 more minutes and 10 minutes later the pizza was ready. Got it home and it was the first time I've had to finish cooking a take out pizza as the dough was almost raw in places which made cutting it with a knife difficult. I suspect the experience was due to trying to handle too many orders at once as others have rated forno 4 and 5 stars. But it was disappointing. Friendly staff gets 4 stars. Pizza 1.

To all the negative reviewers, this is as close to Neapolitan style pizza as you’re going to find in Oakville. If you don’t like thin crust pizza, don’t order from here. We regularly order on weekends and have never had an issue with quality or service. Even if your pizza is not ready upon arrival, it cooks so quickly, it shouldn’t be an issue. Give low stars when warranted. Service: Take out
