Bidrage med feedbackWe had dinner there for the first time last night. The food was amazing. The house made pasta was delicious. The best food in town. I can't wait to go back and try something else on the menu. Service was great and also loved the decor. If you haven't tried Rustica yet, I highly recommend it.
Excellent food and service! My husband said the shells are the best he ever had, and we ate in the better restaurants in Seattle... Philadelphia... Washington DC... Chicago... and New York City... that says something. I had her brucheta...very tasty, unlike traditional... We both had the lasagna coated with short ribs!... Very hearty... very rustic.... delicious! The waiting staff was wonderful!... This food was a great city delicious!
I was really impressed with the food and wines! I had the Harvest Flatbread and Green Salad with Maple-Dijon dressing. The salad was so fresh and I loved the dressing. The flatbread had very thinly sliced sweet potato, caramelized onions, little chunks of prosciutto, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. One word....WOW! The young ladies that work there Melissa and Laura (I do believe) were so nice to chat with and very knowledgeable about the wines! I had such an amazing experience. I highly recommend this little cafe/wine bar! Can't wait to visit again if we get up this way in the future! The only regret is that my husband wasn't able to join me for a yummy glass of wine but we don't leave until tomorrow morning so who knows.
Love Rustica! Great food, drinks and service. Cool atmosphere as well.
Excellent salmon pate-ask for a lemon wedge to give it an extra little acidity. The smoked pork sandwich was also delicious with crispy bread and a brownish raspberry mustard sauce. The only way the sandwich could have been better would be if the meat had been beaten a little flat to bite it easier. Great service, ambience and an extensive blueberry bread pudding with coffee finished the meal perfectly. We will definitely return.
