The two foods then waited not long, came to the table at the same time and he said again, we should taste it. During the meal, he asked if everything fits and was okay. The cleansing of empty plates took a little, but we don't have chalk here, he was just on the order to get a bigger group that didn't quite know to eat with whom. It took a break. He then came to the table and asked if it tasted us and thanked us for our answer. The empty glasses were immediately noticed and asked if there should be something else. We ordered the bill, it took something until it reached us. When we saw her, it was clear to us that it was a handwritten note, but not just with the prices on it. He blessed again by reading if everything had its correctness and asked if everything was good. He thanked for our visit and wished us a nice Sunday. We were still very friendly when we were lasered. Under dinner a lady also went through the room, we think the hostess, went from table to table, welcomed all and wished a good appetite. The Lord a very friendly Franconian hairdresser with joke and fun. We find this in a clubhouse and otherwise it fits in the service process. 4.5 Stars Food There is a kind of folding card that describes the motto on the first page. Inside, the drinks are set in notes. The dishes were then on an additional note with Sunday and holiday dishes. On that day there were two soups, meat dishes, twice fish, because no meat eats a dish and a dessert. We had two alcohol-free wheat to each 3 €, Black Forest Cordon Bleu, filled with raw ham and cheese with roast potatoes and salad for 11,90 € and Franconian Sauerbread with semmelknödel, which was converted into clot) Blue herbs or salad ordered here salad) for 11,90 € There was also a vinegar oil dressing that was refined with onions and fresh. It had a beautiful essignote and the oil somehow had a slight nutty taste and somehow it seemed easy to sneak. It tasted very good. The Black Forest Cordon bleu was wonderfully fried. It was crispy and not fat. The cheese was tasteful and beautifully broken. The meat very delicate and the Black Forest ham tasted super, really nice, strong smokey taste. The roast potatoes were a dream, super fried, not greasy and seasoned. There were many fried bacon with him and additionally they were spiced with herbs. You have mills and you don't need them because everything was good for the taste. On the sour roast there were three slices of super delicate meat that could be crushed with the fork. The sauce had a slightly acidic note was well seasoned and tasted type delicate after winter spices, perfect. The clot was filled with bread core, had a nice potato taste, was sufficiently supplied with salt, for us in consistency somewhat too soft. Now we come to the cranberries. There have already been some discussions about it. I had no problem lying in the record. Spotzl would have left the plate behind because they could not stand in the map and they could be ordered. He doesn't like them at all, and then he tastes the whole sauce for cranberries. It could be missed if you serve them extra, there are some that they don't like. A clubhouse with so big food, hat off, shame that it's so far away. 4.5 star atmosphere It is as usual in a clubhouse is a large room that can also be separated with folding walls. The gift is in the room and of course also a regular table. In the back area is a wall painted in orange and pictures that remind American films decorate the walls. The seat consists of slightly darker wood and there are different sizes at tables. There is also a room that is slightly less decorated. Everything is decorated here to match the “Octoberfest” season. On the tables there is a cover band with diamond pattern. There is a jug with cutlery and napkins in red and white, a glass with tea light a display with beer white and a small barrel serving as a beer lid holder. A beautiful Bavarian club house, only the orange and the pictures we don't find here. 4 star cleanliness In the guest room everything was clean, there was nothing to complain. We leave toilets outside, we don't know if the host or the club are responsible. but in rough and clean. For the guest room 5 stars
