Bidrage med feedbackThe food was good. the waitress was nice. order, but the escape came out quickly and our soup/salad were forgotten. the food runner did her best to correct. our waitress never knew there was a mix. we're done with carrabbas.
On our latest visit, our service wasn't on par. Our entrees came out before our salads and the waitress blamed the two separate kitchens ? . It seemed like she had more important things to do. A great server sees ahead and knows when to place the appetizers order, the salad order and the entrees orders. Also, if you notice drinks are empty and the customer is not through with their meal, there's a good chance they would want a refill. You should never have to ask another server to get your server either. Like I said...more important things.
On August 30, 2022, my daughter and I tried to get a late lunch at this restaurant. A group of women, ranging from child to grandma, with a bride, walked in as we did. Snotty little long haired blonde hostess looked down her nose at the large group, then told the large group that it would be at least 10 minutes and sauntered away. Note: restaurant was practically empty! Little did the rude snotty waitress know, at that time, that these folks were very happily celebrating a Yes to a wedding dress lunch! Hostess also did not look or see that my daughter and I walked in, too. We waited at least 10-15 minutes. Rude chick/employee never came back to her station, nor did she set up for the bigger party, or, seemingly even tell anyone. Rather, she just stood around, delivered a check to one of the two occupied tables, and stood around some more, with her back to the hostess station. We left, and had a delightful, good lunch elsewhere. I hope that the folks in front of us finally got a table, and were treated well,with kindness, attention and decency. Those traits were totally lacking in the uppity young hostess! I write this review, as I was thoroughly disgusted, incensed, upset and taken aback by this uppity young hostess ' treatment of the group of women. Her manners, mannerisms and treatment of customers who appeared less than her/ beneath her was totally unacceptable and shameful. Carrabas, train your staff better! Customer service is important. So are manners. Your hostess needs help, as she must have failed to learn decency at home!
This store is an expensive dump. Run by rude managers, has expensive but small portions, and the absolute worst service. I went once a year, last visit killed it and now it's zero. please go out of business and be replaced with a local company.
I gave the restaurant another try on 8/03/2022 for dinner. Again, the establishment is dirty: hair and debris on table I was seated, paper stuffed between bench seats...all indications of poor cleaning. I ordered salmon and broccoli with salad. Broccoli was very light green and extremely dry and wilted and tasted old, overcooked and just AWFUL! Salmon was EXTREMELY SALTY AND DRY! Salad has many brown edges and dressing was terrible. AWFUL AWFUL establishment. I was probably only 1 of two patrons dining in. I understand why. I give ZERO stars and 5 THUMBS DOWN!!! Waitress was nice.
