If you are looking for a fantastic afternoon tea experience, head to Basilia. Cathy, Roy, and their cheerful and professional staff will provide excellent service. The food is delicious, with options like mini fish and chips, chicken leek pie, cheese and onion pie, sausage rolls, and incredible cakes. Everything is fresh and flavorful, so give it a try - you won't be disappointed. The portions are generous and will satisfy any appetite.

Kindly reserved us a table as we were travelling from directions with a mobility issue and a baby! Food was fresh, homemade and delicious. Service was friendly, unhurried and not intrusive. Just what we wanted. Price was reasonable too as we had puddings/cakes, coffees and teas. Bill was circa. Not the cheapest but good value we felt. Free hour parking near by was a bonus.

Went for lunch very good really tasty loads choice had the ploughman’s which included some great cheese tasty pork pie ham pickle salad crackers, wife had quiche salad so filling and fresh.

You are always guaranteed a warm welcome and good food at Basilia. Always a good selection of food, but this time we were celebrating a friends baby shower. Excellent value for money and have to say the hot option was fab.
