Starbucks Coffee - Nottingham

This has to be the worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to. I?m not a picky person but if I am going to spend $7 for a drink it should at least taste right. I was late for work because I had to ask them to make my drink over twice. It still wasn?t right. So I went to the store on Mountain road and the young lady made it exactly like it is supposed to taste. Kudos to Mountain road store.

Omg I can't even begin to say what amazing ladies there is at this location. Crystal and her team Erin an amani (hopefully I spelled it right) are amazing. I only go to this location, service, customer service and everything is above and beyond. Thank you ?

Grande Green tea latte, iced, 6 pumps brown sugar , oak milk , whipped cream It?s a thickness drink ever , making the best you paid $1 extra in this location but you would taste the best and the purest green tea ? ???

Crystale always makes the best drinks!!! She?s extremely kind and passionate about her job and the customers. I go out of my way to shop at this Safeway just to go to her Starbucks . I wish I could always go to her!!

Courteous, professional staff, especially Ms. Crystal, the very happy and passionate barista. Great caffeinated beverages served with a warmth, and a friendly, pleasant conversation.
