Peace Blessings! My 5 rating goes as follows; NO long wait 5min. to be seated as a walk-in on a FRIDAY or to be served main course 20min. , good service, good food, good prices!?

I am very disappointed with this place! First things first... the customer service was very poor when I came in. I went to the front to check in for my reservation and let the lady know that I wanted a seat that wasn't directly under the speaker and she seemed as if she didn't want to really help. She then seated me at a dirty table and said she would have it wiped off but I had to ask my waitress to wipe it because it didnt get done.Furthermore... I had to get a special menu because they put oyster sauce in almost everything on the menu. Once I got the menu... before I could confirm the item I wanted for sure, the meal was coming out and I didn't say that I wanted it for sure.It was horrible and stinked very bad.The next order was also horrible and I didn't take but one tiny taste and it also stinked very bad.Why I gave a 3 Star was because one of the managers let me know that he used to be a chef and he re-cooked the last dish I ordered which turned out great! The only issue I would say with him recooking it was that there were things in it that I didn't eat but I just picked them out because this was the third serving and I didn't want anyone to do anything to my food. :(I will never go here again...

Jol was a good waiter but the manger didn’t tell Jol it was my birthday so I didn’t get a surprise cake.

It's been at least good 5 years since visiting PF Chang's, and was very glad that not much changed. All of the favorite dishes were still on the menu and most of them tasted the same. Not sure what happened to the beef dishes, but those were the only ones that seemed to be extremely oversalted, such as Mongolian Beef and Beef fried rice and for someone who normally adds salt or some salty sauce that was a big surprise. Enjoyed the food regardless, just had to keep drinking a lot more that would have liked. Very glad to know that can go back to a chain restaurant and still get the same food

I don’t know what words to use. In February 17, 2024 I proposed to my girlfriend. The week prior I went and met with Brandon who’s the operations manager. Brandon took time out of his day to talk with me about plans. When we got to the restaurant, things were beautifully set up. He set us up with in my opinion one of his best waiters (Joelle). Not only did Joelle ensure that everything was kept a secret, but he was professional. He took time out of the night to sit with us, talk, laugh and handle his job. Brandon throughout the night made sure things were great with us and all the guests at PF Chang’s that night. Joelle and Brandon helped me pull off the ultimate element of surprise when I proposed. Not only were they recording, but they were apart of the spot light to share the special moment at my request. At the end of the day Brandon shows what it’s like to be an operations manager and still shows how compassionate and kind hearted he is. Joelle himself is a star of his own. His willingness to go out of the way and be an awesome waiter was the highlight. I am truly grateful for the time that was taken by the staff and Joelle to wait on my table.
