The BEST mango cake I've had. Delicious!! Fresh mango mango flavor, very light and fluffy. Text messaging was the best way to communicate with her. Emmy was very accommodating to my last minute request for my mom's 60th birthday. My family and friends enjoyed the mango cake very much. It was quite a bit of a drive for me (about an hour), but it was well worth it. I also picked up a tray of ensaymada which is also good. I cannot wait to try the other cake flavors and order cakes for upcoming occasions. I highly recommend!!!!
