Mcdonald's - Norton

I understand that prices have been going up but it was 2.02 for a coffee today , I seriously had only 2 bucks with me, the jerk wouldn't give me my coffee without it, scrounging around i found exact change, i get coffee here every day and always round up and you can't give me a pass? For 2 cents ? Seriously and she didn't want to give me a receipt either , guess I will go elsewhere.

I was there for about an hour from when I got in line to when I got my food. One pic is the advertised burger that I ordered, the other 3 pictures show how my burger was given to me after all that time (I drove home and found out 10 minutes later that this was the case). No discount, coupon, or anything but sorry for the wait was offered.

Literally the worst place. One of the workers forgot part of my order and the other items that I was given tasted extremely old. I went inside to get a new one and the manager was very understanding. The worker making my food seemed like he didn’t wanted to do his job at all. After all they should do their job right if they don’t want to do it again.

I ordered through door dash tonight my second time! The first time was perfect this time however the food was awful, thrown together in a big mess, ordered correctly, yet the order was all wrong, ice cold, fries were so old and so cold! It was very expensive to get such a poor order! Very disappointed after paying almost $65 for two meals, a sandwich, happy meal and a McFlurry!

Went here yesterday for a coffee and a sandwich and as I was waiting for my food I noticed an employee filling the hot coffee pot with cold ice coffee to re-heat ....as a former crew member if McDonald's does things the same way, i believe they're iced coffee is brewed in the morning. So this coffee being reheated will not be very fresh... And completely gross and unacceptable
