The Garibaldi - Northampton

The food is fantastic, the beer selection is great, and the atmosphere is fabulous at this restaurant. The bar staff are excellent and very well-informed about the area.

I recently visited this fantastic pub and I must say I regret not going sooner. Despite living in this town for 3 years, I only just discovered it yesterday. Northampton has a variety of pubs with different themes and styles to suit any mood or weather, but this pub stands out. The staff are friendly, the food is delicious and made with care, the drinks selection is great, and the decor inside and out is spot on. It has a touch of Shoreditch in Northampton, but in its own authentic and unpretentious way. I highly recommend checking it out.

This is the best pub in town. It’s literally impossible to get a bad pint. The Mexican food (vegan and/or meat) is delicious. Don’t go anywhere else.

I visited the Garibaldi after lockdown and was pleasantly surprised by their adjustments to the small space. They had a sanitisation station at the entrance and outside, a clear one-way system, and tables were spread out for social distancing. The staff provided table service and we enjoyed drinks in the garden. Looking forward to coming back for food soon!

Came for the bottomless brunch and Mexican and food. Had chorizo hash and was superb, couldn't fault it! Will be back for the taco Tuesday!
