Rally's - North Zanesville

Burgers are good. Premises is clean and fine, the seating is outside so use the vehicle on cold days. Great fries. Hot and fresh.

Just came through, literally everything I ordered was fresh and hot, full 5 stars, well done Rally's crew.

Had a hard time ordering our food. The automated speaker didn't understand what I wanted. Then went to pay for food. I wasn't allowed to have food. All I had to pay with was a 50. She couldn't except that. Then I called in to ask manager why. I got hung up on. Let me tell you they always screw something up on my order. Their food is not that good. Will not be going back.

I'm only giving 4 stars because they messed up my sandwich, but I just ate it because I was hungry. My fries were fresh, so that saves the meal.

Everytime I've been here their food was either soggy, or tasted as if they re-dropped old food and served it to us. Sad, Rallys used to be one of the best food places in zanesville. Fries are always fresh, unless you go at 10 at night. Then you better ask for them fresh. Otherwise, be ready for re-dropped fries.
