Arby's - North Zanesville

An employee was cleaning the sink with detergent while wearing gloves. And when I ordered a burger, he didn't even bother to change his gloves and started cooking my burger with the same gloves he had just cleaned the sink with detergent. I was speechless.

This will be the 5th or 6th time I have been to this Arby's and the order was wrong! They need to do better about making sure orders are getting out correctly.

I asked for lots of extra horsey sauce. They gave me two packages for two sandwiches and some fries.

It was really clean. They were very nice. The food was fresh and delicious!

Their shift change is 30 minutes, sit and wait until you understand what they are doing!
