Very poor customer service at this specific location.Very rude waitress!We asked to be seated in an available booth but she said,okay but if there’s more 3 ppl coming,I have to move you to a a smaller table.We saw booths with only two ppl sitting.We left!Never coming back at this location anymore.

Ordered half and half boneless chicken with flavors original and soy garlic. The flavors were good but i expected the pieces to be bigger. They were the size of like small chicken tenders.

The Fry is a place that my friends and I occasionally go to when we have last minute hangouts and want reliable Korean Fried Chicken. The food here for the most part is consistent and tasty. The chicken has a nice crunch and the variety of food options are broad for a KFC place not to mention that pricing is reasonable.Food Ordered:Combo 3 2 Flavours, 1 rice cake, 1 corn cheese.Flavor 1 Cheesling Consists of Korean cheese powder 6.5/10Flavor 2 Supreme Fried battered chicken coated their sweet and tangy surpreme sauce 8/10Rose Rice Cake 7/10 Chewy, comes with sausages and glass noodles. Well cookedCorn Cheese 6.5/10 solid choice and a staple when coming to the Fry!Cheese Fries Crispy fries topped with a cheese sauce and bacon bits 6.5/10Note: cabbage slaw and picked radish are includedAs for service, it really is on the average side.I usually don't have bad service experiences here but nor are they outstanding. On my last visit, the server was nice but we were missing basic necessities that I would like to have automatically at any restaurant such as enough napkins for everyone on the table, or water which we did not receive during our whole visit, and forks until we asked for it (we only had spoons to eat). The server did check up on us a couple of times afterwards and helped us pack our leftovers which is appreciated. Another good thing about this location is that it has updated their menu's to tablet ordering which makes it more efficient. Overall, I would come back here again!
