Pita Ikram - North York Industiral

Food is really good last time i came but whenever i drive up here now its ALWAYS closed when i check and it says its OPEN! please fix your time because now am i wasting my time but im also wasting my gas.

Ordered a falafel wrap, however it came on a tortilla and not a pita (PITA Ikram?? The lettuce is spring mix, which becomes soggy almost instantly with the sauces. Received a few falafel balls, quite dry, flavour was okay, nothing to rave about. Older woman behind counter could use warmer customer service skills, very abrupt and came off annoyed. I also noticed she did not wash her hands after using the touch screen POS system and debit machine for previous customer, used gloves ONLY to take the falafel out of the container, then took them off and did not put on new pair for the actual making of the wrap. Overall for the cost of $15 I received a small tortilla wrap, teaspoon of feta (at additional cost and a can of pop. I'll stick to A&W next door in the future.

Terrible portioning and seasoning and gave a completely different drink. Must have been the first one the server saw. Sham of a restaurant, avoid no matter what, and would definitely give 0 if it was an option.
