Cluck Clucks Chicken Waffles Scarborough

The fried chicken was excellent! Perfectly fried skin and not oily and made fresh! The waffle was good but I personally like when my waffles are more on the crispy side. I love that they have real maple syrup as well. I think this is the best location out of all of the GTA. Have had food from this place before with no issues and usually foods great. Placed an order with ubereats because they had a BOGO on their shut the cluck option, which is $25 for 2 pieces of chicken, half a waffle and gravy. The chicken doesn't look like what the chicken looks like usually, and horrible quantity. I've ordered from here multiple times before, it's never been this bad. Went back to ask what's going on with this quality, offered to give the food back in exchange for smth else (literally food is untouched) and the employee was extremely rude, told me I don't know how to read and I need to learn how to read and it was a BOGO offer and that's what you get. Asked for his name and he refused to give it. Honestly wouldn't have cared if he refused, but wasn't so insanely rude. Management needs to have a serious talk to this guy about customer service, and how to talk to customers. Just because it's a BOGO offer doesn't mean you can give the worst pieces of chicken and insult a customer multiple times, I still paid $25+tax for this. Disgusting.
