Very poor service. When your waiter tells you I have to pass you on to someone else and go cook.I just rolled my eyes. Took 20 minutes to get a drink. They are busy worrying about take out customers and not the people dining in. I say poor training or none at all. I also told my waiter I checked in and wanted my points added to my check before we ordered. Took my code and when paying never entered my code. Lost out on my points for the second time. Definitely a problem at this location. Too busy talking and waiting on everyone but does not do the service.If you want a beer go to the bar and seat yourself.

This place really went downhill. about a year ago, a family member of mine found a food service glove underneath the serving paper for her sandwich. now, my appetizers and sandwich sat at that service window for 10+ minutes, my dads pizza is as burnt, yet the toppings were cold and hard, meaning they were put on AFTER the pizza was made. like ??? the service has been terrible recently, and i understand they’re understaffed, but this is literally so angering considering i’m literally paying you to make my food the way it’s supposed to be made. pleeeeease, do better… i remember this place being so tip top and amazing. idk what went wrong.

Delivery for the day of the wing. everything was good, except we noticed ants in the bottom of the pommes. the type of shutdown is called from the rest of the meal and her manager was very busy and recalled in 15 minutes. the manager has refunded the French pommes. we ordered pizza. Usually it is a very good device.

My son had the final dinner there with the family. the staff was very polite and gave great service. everything we ordered was delicious. Thank you for being good.

You MUST try the bone-in wings. They are famous for their sandwiches but the should be famous for the wings too. Perfect crispy exterior. Great sauce options.
