The lbs restaurant is an Australian fusion restaurant with contemporary cuisine. the dining room with glass wall you enjoy the great view of the sydney harbour bridge and surrounds. the serviettes were generous and well presented. I especially loved the entree grilled western australian squid. it was delicate in taste, the ink fish was perfectly cooked, tender and sweet.
