Red Lobster North Miami

It was my mother birthday, eating was delicious and our waitress jessica has made a fantastic job. thanks and until next time.

Waited almost 40 minutes only for water when the restaurant was empty. When the food finally arrived, it was cold. the restaurant also has dirty windows especially in the entrance. would not recommend.

Went out to dinner with my parents who visit this location often. We chose to eat at 6:30 pm to beat the night crowd. Food was delicious! Never disappoints!!

I've been a Red Lobster customer for almost 20 years. Last night was a bad experience. Made mistakes with our order (ours was not the only table with problems!!! , then no intention to fix their mistakes, and finally a check with more charges than the correct one. I think I'll never visit this Red Lobster restaurant again.....

My worst critique of this restaurant was the women's restroom. To say it was filthy is an understatement. There was zero hand soap, what they had in the dispenser was water that did not foam up or clean your hands. Inside the bathroom stall, there was no toilet paper to use. The individual next to me as if I had any and I replied, no I'm sorry there is none here as well. How you not maintain the restroom with hand soap or toilet paper? Maybe on a Sunday at 6:00pm was on off night, but there's no excuses to not have proper supplies in there. You might as if I reported this to a manager, but when I came out, there was none to be found. The counter individual was not there and I waited around for 10 minutes and decided to leave, since I was already on my way out. This restaurant was disgusting and truly needs a better manager who does not cut back on supplies for it's patrons. I'd like to think when the employees go in there and need to wash their hands, what do they use? Isn't it mandatory for all employees to wash hands after using the toilet to return to serving the customers?? Wow just Wow, maybe a report needs to be sent the a health inspector to see the filth in the restroom and I dare to have him see the kitchen where the food is prepared. My family and I spend over $200 for this experience and I am ashamed of how mishandled this restaurant is.
