Wagon Wheel Bar And Restaurant

Wouldn’t recommend this place. We waited 15 minutes for a water and a coke, then waited over an hour for our food. Didn’t have a kids menu. Other people at our table got the same food but everything was different proportion sizes. Fries were cold. Mac and cheese bites were literally Kraft macaroni deep fried. Even our 12 month old wouldn’t eat them and she loves mac and cheese. It was so dark in there that you could hardly see the menu, and they were out of just about everything our table wanted to order. No gyro meat, no pizza, no reuben even though all were on their menu.

Sooo. As you can tell from my profile, we love to eat out, support our local businesses and review food and drinks. I rarely, if ever give a negative review, even if it’s warranted. People and businesses have off nights. So for that reason I’m just leaving this as a heads up. I’ve reviewed from Buffalo, to Key West, to San Antonio. With over a million total hits. I’ve never been at a bar with open seats, and have a bartender that made eye contact 4 or 5 times and ask the same 3 people next to us, if they need drinks or anything else.. twice. We were blatantly ignored for almost 7 minutes. Listen, I’d wait 20 min with no problem, with just a simple hello, we’re slammed. My wife is a server, we get it! We tip! And we understand.. but after driving 35 minutes to hit wing night, on a recommendation from a friend, it’ll be a while before we try again. From me to you, Wagon Wheel. A simple acknowledgment and water goes a long way. I’m bummed out over this. I’m leaving an overall score of 2, to be kind.
