Capanna Coffee Gelato - North Liberty

UPDATE I was contacted by Tyler, who apologized for the merger and gave me a refund, he also gave me a gift card. I really appreciate the way management at Capanna treats this situation... I wish I could give these 5 stars. Was super excited that they had vegan muffins. I asked for a vegan latte and specifically asked what flavors were vegan. After I got halfway through my latte, distracted because I also worked, I started getting sick. I asked Barista what milk she used and she said whole milk. She apologised, but then said that I did not specify what milk is to be used. I asked for a VEGAN latte that would mean any milk, but cow's milk. A refund was not offered. Very disappointed.

Great place! Friendly people! A beautiful ambience! Besides, to finish it, there is a dog leaks for my best friend when we go through the drive thru.

Great place, great people. Looks very nice. A little disappointed about their strawberry smoothie (although I am sure they are not known for their smoothies). Definitely a place where I must bring ANC headphones; some coffee shops that I need, others that I do not depend on the constant / sound

Honestly, my favorite place in this city. I love coming here with my friends and the staff is super nice. I love it here would definitely recommend

Used to work here! I can say they care a lot about the taste and quality of coffee and gelato. My boyfriend won’t get a mocha anywhere else after having one here. Would highly recommend :
