Yoshinoya - North Hollywood

This is by far the BEST Yoshinoya I've ever been in! It's really clean and the service is swift and accurate. Britney was a big help and actually got my order right. Big high 5 to the staff and to the whole experience.

Worse Yoshinoya to eat! They take way to long for your order. Very impolite. Very rude staff. Those 3 girl's are so lazy. I order my food at 02:00 pm. Didn't received it till 2:30 very slow for a fast food restaurant. She got my order wrong. So another 20 minutes. And the rice burn. The chicken burn. The potatoes dry. Very bad service?????

This place was visited at 930. Very unhappy with the customer service and the quality of the food. The cashier didn't know how to read my voucher that I was redeemed from my app. Very good!

My family and I have loved Yoshioka for years. Unfortunately, you have all really cut back on the quality of the beef itself. Why? That was the best part. I am pleased that you add new items to your menu. Please taste the food before you fix these recipes. I miss old Yoshinoya. The beef had more meat less fat. Look at the loops. It's 90 percent fat now... big?

Very unhappy with customer service and quality of food. Visited this place 9/8/23 at 830 9am and was very disappointed by my entire experience. First, the cashier charged me a drink that I redeemed from my app, and second, the food og was super cold. Yes, rice, beef and chicken were KOLD. We didn't want to say anything we were afraid they could spit our food if we complained. But we warned a customer that the food was cold and to check their order before we go. When the cook heard that we told the customer in Spanish and he offered to renew the combo of my husband, but he was very rude. I suspect that it was near the closing time, they keep everything at room temperature so that they can wash the pots and pans before they close. I spent almost $20 for some disgusting meals. I do not recommend this place, it will be a waste of money. I should have gone to the Taco Bell that's just down the street. I really regret spending my money at Yoshinoya!?????????????
