Mcdonald's - North Billerica

DON’T let your child work here!! My 14 year old has worked here for about 3 months and the manager (Amanda) refuses to schedule him on the pre arranged days, and because my son can’t work when SHE wants him to work, she bullys him when he is at work. When my son was hired in August, he was told to wear black pants with his McD’s shirt, which he does, but Amanda wears black LEGGINGS and yells at my son to wear jeans she claims that managers can wear whatever they want. She never trained him to work the back window and because she wanted to bust his chops, she put him back there and then screamed at him when the car line got backed up! What did she expect if he was never trained and had to wing it alone??? Those are only a few examples of this type of behavior towards a minor from this “manager”. Amanda is unprofessional, immature and completely unable to understand that my son is 14 years old, doesn’t have a driver’s license and can only work a fixed schedule that allows me to drive him when I’m not working. When I’ve gone in to discuss this, she’s blatantly rude and disrespectful. How she made it to a managerial position is mind boggling.

This location is closed to work and every time I asked for large fries they fill half!! so basically your are paying for medium fries. I sweater haven’t eat any

Fast, friendly service and they always get the order right! Seems this should all be standard for fast food places, but sadly that is not the case. This McDonald's stands out to me as one of the best.

Every time we come here it’s an issue. All these places need to do is to put a little time and effort into making a decent product. We are paying a premium for these meals and it should reflect in the quality. I Hope everyone have a great rest of your day.

Its 9Pm and Im hungry, so I want something to eat and quick right, so i go to Mcdonalds and get 2 Cheeseburgers. Now at first I thought it was gonna be fast and easy but as I get to the second window I see only Teenage workers. Now normally I am ok with this as long as my food is good aswell as service, but the girl at the window took a long time to get my food out to me, about like 15 minutes, and while I was waiting she was eating a vanilla ice cream cone in front of the window in clear sight. She was not being professional whatsoever and had to finish her ice cream before giving me my food. Now while this is all happening about 5 cars piled up behind me, and I have to think that these shenanigans continued. Moral of the story, have a good boss who makes sure their teenage employees do their jobs and do them professionally.
