Greggs - North Ayrshire

I went to the house and was greeted by a complete ball friend who just ignored me. then I asked about a yum yum and gave a rich cookie. then the young man asked to swallow it and he gave me a face. full of abuse. the worst of all my yum yum was stale and tasted of complete dog poo.

We hopped off a cruise ship in Greenock and walked around a bit before we happened into Greggs. It was just what we needed; warm Latte, sweet eclair and super fast Internet. If I was a local this would be a regular stop.

I absolutely love this place. Really well priced food. Great chocolate muffins. The sandwiches are extremely good.

I was in store at 10am on the 8th of August. I ordered scotch pie and sausage roll.woman was cleaning tables then proceeded to serve me by putting my order into a bag without washing her hands, using tongs or wearing gloves.she actually walked behind...put her dirty cloth down then handled my food.DISGUSTING. We're talking about basic food hygiene here and it's not acceptable what if I was a young child or elderly person.if this goes on in front of house goodness knows what happens back of house.needless to say incident reported to head office. I won't use here again as it's the worst greggs I've used.also give the breakfast deal a miss, it's consistently poor.lack of choice and inedible bacon. This greggs needs an overhaul clearly down to poor training and weak management. AVOID

I was in Greggs yesterday 13th June with my sister we ordered coffee and cakes. We sat at the table to enjoy this but watching the guy behind the counter put us off our cakes and had to bin them as hygiene has obviously not...been trained in this store. He kept sniffing and wiping his nose on his hands then touching the food without washing his hands before.Disgusting,Then the older guy came out to refill the shelves and on seeing that one of the tables had crumbs on them he swiped his hand across and threw the crumbs on the floor then proceeded to fill the shelves! I don’t know why gloves are not worn when handling food !,
