We had diner in il bow; we arrived shortly before the opening time (8 pm) and until 1 9 o'clock we were unfortunately the 2 single guests so that the ambiente was not exceptional. eating is in order; large portions not cheap

Large authentic Puglia food in this family trattoria "very well made and presented. simple plates, but the taste was excellent, as the ingredients used are of very high quality. probably from the farms around! I took a veggie starter and the tagliata. everything was excellent....if they visit the trulli I would come back to go there.

We were given a warm welcome and the service was speedy. The food was rustic and featured local specialities, including a very tasty lamb or mutton dish cooked in a clay pot with a lid made of bread. We would recommend Il Confine for its...typical rustic food at a very reasonable price.
