Bidrage med feedbackI made the mistake of paying for two nights of parking like a fool. The parking lot ended up being full, despite the app still showing plenty of reserved spaces available. It seems like hardly anyone is actually paying to park. Don't fall for the same rip-off I did!! Clearly, there is no enforcement of payment going on. Most of the parking lot is reserved, but it appears to be free. It would be helpful if they put up a sign so we don't waste our money unnecessarily.
The repair facility has the worst customer service. Seta was rude and didn't seem to care about getting drivers in for service. We arrived at 6:30, and all bays were open and empty. She told us to park and said we would be called when the employees came in. At 7:00, the first truck went in for service so I walked over to see how many were ahead of us. She was on the phone with someone explaining a problem and then said I could come over. She instructed me to drop my trailer first and nose it into door 4. When I asked her how many were in front of me, she said 4, but I pointed out that one truck wasn't even there yet. She then mentioned they only had one mechanic that day. Confused by her response, I left and told my husband about the conversation before deciding to go somewhere else. It seemed like the woman who claimed they were first come, first serve didn't understand that concept. I also wondered when they would offer a self-serve bay.
