Samuel Mancinos - Niles

The sandwich I had tonight was really awful. I ordered a BLT but there was hardly any lettuce and no tomato. It had no flavor and was poorly made. The woman who took my order repeated it back incorrectly. The other sandwiches were made correctly, but were very sloppy. I will not be ordering from here again. I didn't call to complain because we were on our way to an event and didn't want to turn back. I was very disappointed and definitely would not recommend this place.

I have been a customer at this restaurant for many years, but lately I have noticed that the portion sizes are getting smaller and the owner is becoming more rude. My go-to dish is the Mancianos Club, but the last time I ordered it, there was only half a piece of turkey, a piece of ham, and no speck. The owner, who usually takes my order, has always had a bad attitude. Despite these issues, I will still go back because the food is good. However, the restaurant in Granger is a bit farther away, but we will start going there instead because the extra gas money is worth it for better customer service from the owner and sandwiches that actually match the menu descriptions. Unfortunately, the atmosphere and quality of this place have really declined, while the prices continue to increase. The only positive aspect is the young employees who work there.

Mancinos is a great option for those looking for pizza, sandwiches, and ice cream. I especially love their pizza on Sundays. The quality of the pizza is top-notch and they primarily do pick-up or take-out orders. I definitely recommend trying it out.

Eating is great and the people working there are quick and friendly definitiw to stop or eat a bite

A special treat for my wife. Disappointing the blt grinder as they used bacon bits rather than strips of bacon. Difficult to eat. And no salad dressing with our antipasto salad. But the food was tasty and relatively speedy.
