Mcdonald's - Niles

Awful we get a hair in food and a rude manger answered giving us

I made an order thru mobile app and decided to pick up inside the restaurant. The employee charged me twice, once through the card linked to the app, and second time thru a different credit card, pretending the card linked to the app didn't worked. I asked to speak to the manager and i requested a refund. When he showed up he was very rude, yealing at me, completely disrespectful and verbally agressive. I should call the police.I ain't got the refund and i will dispute the transaction withe the bank

The food was disgusting. The service was horrible. It tasted like 9 days old.

Just read all my views and posts. Mcdonald is McDonald's everywhere u go.

I haven't eaten breakfast so I said to myself let have a big breakfast with hot cakes and coffee. Wasn't that good. Looks like was made a head of time. Potato hash brown was hard like a stone and dark color. When I asked for new one she said the all like that because how they cooked. I left it with her. I'm not going to eat that. I would never go there. That was very bad experience for me.
