I ate piece of iron scrubber. And they even not say sorry and not refund at all. !!!Very horrible experience.

To be honest, I would place 0 stars if I could. all their food (Champong/Fritten Schwein) was not properly cooked (swollen nudel and dipped teig), and even no control of saltiness. I think there is something that happened during the Covid times with this restaurant. they better recognize this serious problem, or they are approaching better to sacrifice potential and save themselves.

Today, i witnessed Hmart's cashier in Garden Grove, CA (Magnolia/ Garden Grove) made fun of the old lady who paid with food stamp. Her foods stamps short $0.35 cents and she did not have any cash on her, she asked if she could paid with her credit card the rest 0.35). The cashier refused with very rude attitude and said to old lady minimum $10 purchased for credit card or leave the food and come back when you have enough money when other people in the line heard what the cashier said they paid the rest for the old lady. Really H Mart???? Is that how to train your employees???? I do have photo of the cashier face but I want to point out H Mart customer service issue, not cashier alone

We shop at a very small H Mart in Naperville and wondered what a super H Mart offers. I was disappointed with the high prices there and ended up buying very little. My daughter did find the novelty ice cream she likes. The best part for us may be the food court. There are many venders to choose from. My daughter, my SIL, and myself, all bought from a different food stall. The food was satisfactory, but not exceptional. In par with most food courts. The owner of the sushi place was very friendly and came over to our table to chit chat. He gave us 2 free sushi boxes, saying : it is buy one get one free after 6pm. I don't want you to be mad at me for not telling you It was 5:30 when we ate. That was nice. We didn't expect it.

Today I visited H-mart store here in Cary NC, costumer service are very poor, very rude. They aren’t friendly at all. I don’t recommend this store to my family and friends or to anybody.
