Oooh my God the service is so poor , at first I ordered a family meal most of the staff were Ain’t there ,the ice cream machine wasn’t working yesterday I ordered something else , but still my order wasn’t complete,and the toilets are forever not working come on this is an old KFC a whole dine in restaurant with no toilet ? Hayi kuningi and people have been complaining but yet still kusenzima hayi Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: R 250–300 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: KFC and Snacks

The service is always poor there,cashiers do better jobs than management and the packers they answer very rude when the system is not working they do not know how to explain..there's a guy with a purple t-shirt he answered me like I'm his friend he told me that he is not gonna deal with my nonsense,I was complaining about waiting for an hour for order and it was only 21 pieces not even burger or twister..how can we wait for chicken at KFC its not understandable
