Town Hall Hotel - Newtown

If I was served the cheeseburger and fries I just had at Balmain's Town Hall Hotel for lunch back in the USA I would need to affirm my 2nd Amendment

Um, nice balcony upstairs to sit and have a drinkI've been here before a while ago and remember the balcony being nice but not the food.

Went here for a night out with the girls for TRANNY BINGO The staff at the hotel were very accommodating .

Fairly unpretentious bar by Newtown station and fairly quiet on a Friday night. Drink prices higher than expected. The burgers from Foxhat were an unexpected bonus, with some of the smoothest, juiciest beef patties that I’ve eaten.

Inside Town Hall hotel Newtown upstairs is Foxhat. One of my cousins is a burger connoisseur and this is his pick in Sydney. I know. Big call. Anyway this is very pub vibes. The burgers were great but not my fav type of burger. Everything was really thick and hearty even the chips and I prefer light and fresh. Worth a visit in Newtown though.
