South End Cafe - Newtown

We landed here on a way around Sydney. We starved and this place was not disappointed. Great food

The restaurant serves delicious food with excellent service, and they always play great music on the radio, from Led Zeppelin to Prince.

I was thrown away from this place, as it looks dark from the outside, but once inside, what a pleasant surprise. Large portions, good value, all day breakfast, fresh juices yum! Great value and comfortable to sit or outside.

I have my teenage son and his friends for milkshakes and snacks after a escape room in the Cipher Room a few doors down. Owners and employees were welcoming and Café has a cozy atmosphere.

I regret that we only discovered this restaurant on our final morning in Sydney. The coffee and food were amazing. My husband enjoyed the sweet pancakes with ice cream for breakfast, while I had eggs, toast, and haloumi. We also ordered an almond milk mocha and a flat white, both of which were delicious.
