Moldova And Café - Newton

Came in for the Nutella Cruffin. But came out disappointed. Mostly because THE MANAGER basically gave us a bad attitude.The whole time we were ordering he was making grunt noises and talking under his breath, when he went to the kitchen he slammed the doors. Man, if you don’t like the customer service you’re in the wrong business.NOT COMING BACK.

Whoever the gentleman was that took our order, please get him out of the front. If you want to have happy customers, have your employee work in his customer service skills. as a paying customer i deserve good service, not attitude.

I visited Moldova Restaurant and Café for breakfast. At first glance, the structure of the place seemed good. However, given the sophisticated appearance, I found it odd that they don't offer table service for breakfast.The service was poorly directed. After ordering my coffee and some croissants, the attendant asked if it was to eat in or to go. I said it was to eat in, but he shouted my coffee order like it was a Dunkin' Donuts. When I went to pick it up, the coffee was in a disposable cup and the croissants were in two paper bags. He didn't indicate that it was my order, only called out the name of the coffee.I found it unacceptable to be in such an expensive café, where the prices are much higher than any other coffee shop, and have to eat my croissant packaged in a paper bag. The two stars I gave are for the food, which was good. However, the service and customer direction are terrible. I wouldn't return.

Tasty food, especially the cheese pie. For dessert must try Honey Cake !!!!

This new coffee shop is an incredible addition to the Nonantum neighborhood! The staff here is so friendly and their latte's are irresistible. 10/10 would recommend this place!
