I frequent this restaurant often because they offer a wide variety of healthy food and supplements. The staff is very helpful. While the cafe section may be a bit pricey, the quality is worth the cost.

Today I had a snack/late breakfast at the Newstead Organics Store Cafe and I was in tears. I tried their delicious avocado on toast ($10.50), which was topped with avocado, tomatoes, pumpkin seeds, and pumpkin seed oil. The cafe is filled with natural and organic products, including weights, vitamins, minerals, cold drinks, and other healthy food items. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a great experience.
