Honestly, I’d give 10 stars if I could. This shop was the absolute highlight of my time in GA. First, I’d like to say that the employees are so nice. I asked a question about one flavor and ended up getting a couple fantastic recommendations on flavors I never would have tried otherwise. And I loved them so much, I took two pints to go. Next, has to be the cookies. Initially, I bought them to take home to share with friends. That didn’t happen. I ate them on the flight! My only regret has to be that I didn’t try a milkshake or the brittle. They must be out of this world!

Lots of ice crystals in the ice cream and poor employee interaction.Staff experience When I placed my order with a young girl in a light blue shirt, she proceeded to start the order, then paused to talk with her coworker about something that caused a lot of giggles. When she got back to work and put my order together, she went to get the spoon (last step) and then paused to continue the conversation with the same coworker. The giggles ensued. As I stood there, with a line of people behind me, just wanting her to hand me the bowl, and my friend waiting for me at the register. I get teenagers but giggle between orders... not mid process.Ice Cream Experience We sat down to try this raved about ice cream and were met with a ton of ice crystals that made the experience more crunchy and scratchy than anything. Not any where near what you would expect from a specialty shop.I don't know what happened. But it was a big disappointment.

I really had my hopes up as I heard great things. However, chip cookie dough tonight was mediocre. Icy, not much vanilla flavor, cookie dough chunks were gritty and not very sweet.I’ll stick with a pint of Ben and Jerry’s next time.

If anyone gives this place less than 5 stars there must be something seriously wrong with them. Yeah it’s a tad pricey but who cares! The ice cream flavors are phenomenal. My favorites so far are orange cardamom, orange cardamom blueberry, blueberry earl grey, lavender lemon (I like the weird stuff). Even the vanilla milkshake my dad hot had some of notes to it we couldn’t quite place but it tasted really good.
