Benebene Waffle Ice Cream - Newmarket

This store doesn’t have a bathroom for customers. Not the most convenient for dine in. Our 4 year old had to go to the community centre to use the bathroom and then come back to eat the waffle.

Had read such good reviews about this place but I'm deeply disappointed. I had ordered for crepe with Nutella and mocha ice cream for take away and I had explicitly requested to pack the ice cream separately but this is what I got. They added the ice cream scoop on top of the crepe and by the time I opened it (after 10 mins) the ice cream had completely melted and spilled everywhere. For a take away, how do you expect your customer to microwave the crepe before eating when you added the ice cream on top. Worst experience ever! Moreover, the people running the place didn't even seem pleasant at the time of placing the order. Won't ever go back!

My favourite place to get ice cream on Main Street!

They don’t pack the ice cream on a cone properly. Instead of pushing the first scoop inside the cone, it was sitting on top and as soon as my kids started eating it, it fell on the ground. We bought 3 and 2 ended up on the ground. wasted.
