Pret A Manger - Newham

Avoid going to Westfield's ground floor Pret a Manger. It is very disappointing. It was the worst experience I have ever had. You pay £5 for a coffee, ask for it to be extra hot, and they serve it at room temperature.

Great coffee/pastries but no-where to sit as FOUR tables for four were occupied with one person working on their computer. Pret is not an office it is a cafe.

Customer is very very poor!! I went in to get an iced chai latte and had clearly said my order to the waitress on the till. I was bought a hot drink and asked for it to be changed when the staff member rolled her eyes at me. Would not come again, they have lost a former pret lover!

Signed up for the new £20 a month unlimited drinks deal. Went to Pret in Stratford Westfield at about 3pm, but was told they were sold out of Smoothies, Fraps, Infusion cold drinks... Pretty much 50% of the drinks menu! It wasn't very busy. Extremely poor management to run out of half the drinks menu by mid afternoon on a Saturday when it isn't even very busy, and when just starting the new Promotion!

The customer service was terrible. The girl who served me this morning was very rude! I have been working in Westfield for a long time and only one Lithuanian girl (whose name I forgot) knows what she is doing!
