Gourmet Burger Kitchen - Newham

We enjoyed a delicious lunch but I mainly want to say a big thank you for your extremely thorough allergy policy. The staff member responsible was knowledgeable and supportive and I really appreciated the trouble he took.

Went for a spot of lunch, and their were mice running around! I alerted the manager who shrugged it off, saying it 's a problem with the area and that he couldn 't do anything . Not really making me feel any better about the hygiene or offering a sincere apology either, or even a refund. I tried to eat my food but after seeing even more mice I had to ask to leave, if the manger doesn 't care their are mice running around the dining area who knows what the kitchen looks like. I have tried to contact head office to let them know but it seems they don 't care either. AVOID.

Was in this restaurant this afternoon and witnessed a customer complaining she had seen mice running around whilst at her table. The member of staff seemed unsurprised by this and not even interested in where the customer was pointing to! If this place has a rodent problem and the staff aren't interested then I'll eat elsewhere

The Korean fried chicken burger was absolutely delicious, though it was a bit burnt. Sweet potato fries were nice and crispy. Friendly employees. Prices are high.
