Kfc In Newcastle Under Lyme

Didn't even get to order as just as i walked in 1 female staff member decided to push another staff female staff member over a piece of chicken and no other staff member bothered to short whst ever problem there was so we left

Ordered a take away to be delivered. Food arrived 1.5 hours later and was returned with driver as it was stone cold. The restaraunt offered £8.05 opposed to the £19.15 I had spent.

Had a delivery Shocking service missing items..avoid ..rang kfc they said couldn't help .. Disgusting service.

One of their sign boards was un-lit. The one that showed 3/4 pieces Colonel's meal. So I had the 2 piece meal instead. (KFC's loss). They didn't have any of the wet wipes to clean your fingers with after some greasy chicken. The tables weren't clean. I asked one of them to clean the table I wanted to sit at. She cleaned it (the table) with a wet wipe, but didn't dry it afterwards. I had to dry it (the table), with some napkins.

I am not very happy with the service !!! I order family feast and 32 pieces of hotwings to take away. When I recieved my order they only gave me 8 hobtwings, came back to the counter and said you only gave me 8 hotwings . So the staff told me he will sort it out for me. After he gave me the bucket of hotwings in good faith I trust him that he will give me the right number. As soon as we get home I counted the hotwings I only have 24 hotwings in total. They still not give me the 8 hotwings inspite of complaining the first time. When I rang them , they asked to go back in the store and collect them. I told them that will be inconvenient for me as I work night and I don’t have time to go back and the traffic situation.
