However, the prices are higher than I would like and they make some mistakes that they struggle to rectify. To be fair, they did rectify the error quite well and generously that one time. But they doubled my last order and I had to cancel the extra because I could not afford it. The usual weekly order was £30. There have been some issues with deliveries, but overall, I am satisfied with the quality and service. The vegetables look fresh and are not overly wrapped in plastic, which is a plus. The prices are comparable to supermarkets, but the quantity and size of the vegetables vary depending on what is available each week. The food at this restaurant was delicious and of high quality. The first two deliveries were good, but the next two were very disappointing as they were extremely light, with only half of the fruit I had ordered being delivered while I was still charged for the full amount. The fruit in the photo cost £25. Despite sending three emails and making two phone calls, I never received a response. Unfortunately, I have had to cancel my weekly deliveries. In summary, the products are good but the customer service is lacking and the portions are small.
