I Love Chipotle But This One Is Particularly Bad For So Reason. The Food Makes Me Queasy Almost Everytime I Eat From Here.

The staff here is very racist. They don’t care about their customers. They will throw the food at you. Never coming here again. Bad bad place worse chipotle I ever been too.

Came here a decent handful of times, never had a problem.Today I went and I swear to God.Always order the exact same bowlAnd got Half a bowl.I watched the girl scoop. It ended up much like the photo of the bar of soap next to the burrito ?Last time I go thereCause I’ve never seen a chipotle cheap out that badly… pretty bad . If that’s how they usually serve people, I’m surprised they’re even openBetter off going to on the border in the Woburn. Same pricing,better bang for your buck and quality.Not having my business anymore

I just ordered a carnitas burrito bowl. I paid for guacamole and there was NONE. There was about a tablespoon of carnitas and a tablespoon of rice. I asked for corn salsa and there was NONE. There was about a 1/4 cup of romaine lettuce. You can't call the store. You have to do a chat and they gave me a free entree. Not sure how you can claim it because I didn't receive an email nor a code by chat. After reading the other reviews I will never order from this Chipotle again. Sounds like Corporate Chipotle needs to get involved and evaluate this location.

Echoing the other reviews, this is arguably the worst Chipotle store I have ever been to. Their ingredients do not taste fresh, and they can barely ever get your to-go order correct. Generally, you typically get similar quality and service from store to store, but not here. I honestly just wish the location would close, it’s that bad. Set your expectations to the lowest they can possibly go, and then you won’t be upset at what this store produces.
