Lucy's Wings Things - Newborn

Do not eat here unless you have no other plans for the day and don’t mind waiting an hour for your food. I have been a server for many years, I am not a difficult customer by any means and have never wrote a negative review before, but I’ve been twice to Lucy’s since they opened the new place and both times the service has been AWFUL!!! We waited almost an hour for our food that still never came. We finally got up and went to pay for our drinks and the server said “Was there anything wrong?” Um well if waiting an hour for 10 chicken wings (that me and my friend were going to split) and a side of fries is normal then i guess there is no problem!!!!! She didn’t offer an apology and really didn’t say anything to us after we told her. Just dilly dallied on her phone and didn’t say a word. I’m not a Karen but I cannot express how irritating the whole experience was. Get better staff!!!!

The food was great. The service was amazing. Staff is sweet! Definitely coming back

This was the “triple bacon burger.” Described as having 3 times the amount of bacon as a regular bacon burger. It was also overcooked by a lot. We never got a refill, I ended up walking to their coke machine and refilling myself. And we never got our appetizer, which they also said they would just make it to go, instead of taking it off the check.

Used to eat here when they first ever opened by the gas station and the food was great back then. 18 years later I've moved back into the hometown Mansfield and was excited to have my family try Lucy's as throughout the years seldom it's been good food and reasonably priced considering.. We ordered dinner for the first time as a new resident which was becoming bored with pizza, subway, and the 2 restraunts Mansfield has currently. Unfortunately, feeding 7 people including 3 kids was an epic fail and cost a great bit at that! The wings were the driest, smallest, crunchiest piece of bones we have ever recoeved from a wing place. My kids wouldn't even eat the tenders as they just fell into pieces and the outer layer crumbled. Fries were cold so I did reheat those and that is what we had to share that evening as the majority of our order was unedible, and we were out of time and money by the time we got back and made our plates. I normally do not leave such detailed reviews or encounters, unless deserved in an out of ordinary scenario. I'm in high hopes this may be encouragement or a lead in the right direction once more toward making our local restaurants succeed!

Still sitting here after 1 1/2 hours no food.got food 1.45 hours later. Food ok not worth the wait
