Excellent hotel, we love our stay and awesome room and we had a good time. Awesome pool as well and the robot is so cool

I have completely changed my mind about the aloft I use to really like coming here I thought it was a good hotel but every time I would come there are always issues and I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past year alone. The ac is one of the biggest issues I am constantly having to call and switch rooms because it is so hot the lowest setting is 66 degrees and I put high fan on and the room will be 73 degrees that is WAY too hot!!! The bed is so uncomfortable it feels cheap! The shower does not get very hot it's more of a warm. And last late at night you start to smell the nasty water from Dumbarton bridge and I mean NASTY your room starts to smell like sewer you can almost taste it. I don't know if I smelled it more this last time I stayed here because I was facing the water but it was seriously disgusting it kept me up the 3 nights of my stay. This was my last straw coming here it's a nice hotel decor wise but they have so many flaws that I just can't see past at all. Goodluck with your stay here.

Not real impressed with this place. Seems like it was a nice hotel when it first opened but has been poorly managed for quite a while and not maintained. The first room they put me in had ants in and next to the bed. Not just a couple but a lot. The second room smelled like stale smoke and cheap cleanser (and I do NOT have a very sensitive nose . The third was better so I stayed there. : The food at the restaurant is actually decent, and I'd call this a bright spot for sure. But I will say the tables and restaurant/bar floor don't feel clean. Seems like nice people work here that don't have good leadership, training or accountability.

Stayed here for 3 nights for a local music event- I have no complaints! Mostly business people who come here. It was quiet and friendly. The room was big, clean and pet-friendly. We brought our cat on the roadtrip with us and she loved it at this hotel. They also have a robot, I don't have pictures but it brought us toilet paper and more towels at our request. My cat loved him.

I just called to make a reservation the lady sounded like she was half and sleep and annoyed... talk about customer service... I asked if they could look up my information she said no they cannot look up guest history I just wanted to get the same room me and my wife had our yearly anniversary...
