Rocco's Pizza Joint - New York City

This is a cozy little pizza spot. I'm thankful they provide vegan slices; however, the only option available during my visit was a gluten-free vegan cheese slice. While it was decent, I found that other vegan slices I've had at various places in NYC were significantly better.

The menu features vegan mozzarella and pepperoni, but the owner mentioned that the pepperoni is too pricey for him to order. Instead, we opted for a vegan mushroom pizza with mozzarella. It was delicious! I'm not sure which brand of cheese they use, but it melted perfectly and tasted great. It was a fun experience to enjoy some New York-style pizza. Just for context, our medium pizza was around $30.
