Four Cuts Steakhouse - New York

Great dinner cooked to perfection and an excellent value. We started with the mozzarella and tomato salad. The beefsteak tomatoes were just ripe and firm. The mozzarella was nice and fresh. The portion was big enough for my wife and I to share. Ihad the NY sirloin medium rare my wife the rib eye medium well. They serve both bone in. They slice it off the bone for you andserve it on a 500 degree plate. The wait staff as attentive but not over bearing. Sinatra was playing in the background andthe lighting was bright enough I didn't need a flashlight. Great dining experience. I highly recommend it.

As of nyc, we have visited many great steakhouses and were curious how four cuts would compare. from the moment we went to the restaurant, we were greeted by everyone and were sitting immediately; we had a reservation of 6 pm on Saturday. our server was andrés and he was absolutely great; from the great service to his extensive knowledge about the menu. andrés was extremely knowledgeable on every steak cut and described each of the specials with such detail, including how everyone was prepared and/or cooked, we had a difficult time since everyone sounded better than the next. we have decided to try the ceviche and it has not disappointed! not only was it one of the most delicate zeviches we had, and we have tried a lot, but the part was more than we used to receive; it was very satisfying! for our entrées we ordered the first-class ny sirloin steak and the 12 oz. filet mignon with crabs and bleukäse. not only were both steaks big meat cuts and cooked for perfection, but they were also juicy and very tasty! Many thanks to andrés for the great service from beginning to end, along with the rest of the waiters, the cooks and all in the restaurant, which this made a great experience for my friend and I. we have often gone from four cuts on the way to home from work and we are so happy to find another great restaurant in our neighboring that we have after work or at the weekend often, either for a romantic dinner for two or with friends and family.

The food was phenomenal, and our server was quite friendly. However, and maybe because it was Valentine's Day, the service was extremely slow. It took over an hour for the appetizer to show up. I don't want to take anything away from the food though, because it was truly delicious.

Four Cuts is a gem! We had the rib eye which was aged to perfection, loved the creamed spinach their wedge salad great blue cheese bacon! I’d suggest highly going there cannot wait to go back!
