We had our wedding catered by Bukhara and our extended family on both sides have had all of our events catered by Vicky, not only in NYC but all across the country and in some of the most exclusive venues and here is why: When you used Bukhara for catering you not only get high quality and delicious food but a care and attention to detail that is unparalleled. Outside of the the birth of my children, my wedding reception night was one of the best nights of my life in no small part thanks to Vicky and his talented team. We literally had to worry about nothing, they took care of all the prep and coordination with the hotel and maître d'. Bukhara also does not volunteer to do anything they cannot execute without perfect precision but Vicky's multiple decades of experience in the industry means he know who can and will work with you to make sure you have the perfect event. If you are in search of the best caterer period, let alone one that focuses on south asian cuisine, look no further.

Loved the entire event by Vicky Vij! Everyone raved of the food, staff was great, very helpful and courteous. Set up, delivery, quality was above par and most importantly everyone from the staff always had a smile! Off to next event with Bukhara and ready to go on a diet after all the food we ate!! Diwali with Bukhara was the way to go!!

Raja Uncle and Akshay truly became part of the family when they participated in my sisters wedding in 2009, my wedding in 2014, and my brothers in 2018. The top Indian caterers in the region, they will provide everyone with dedicated, trusted, and high quality food and experience. For my sister and my wedding, they built a kitchen in a tent at my parents home and created the most magical culinary experience for our guests for breakfast, lunch, cocktail hour and dinner. Every guest left raving about the food, which is the biggest part of the wedding experience. We recommend them to everyone we know and you will surely be so thrilled if you choose them for any event!

We used Bukhara Grill for our wedding February 2023 and our guests are still raving how amazing the food was. We worked with Vicky Vij and the Bukhara Grill team for our recent wedding on 10/28/23 in Virginia. The event would not have been what it was without the entire Bukhara Grill staff. The team did an astounding job under Vicky's leadership. Our guests are still raving about the food. The team is professional, courteous, and extremely attentive to all guests needs. We catered South Indian for lunch and North Indian with an array of specialties for Cocktail Hour and Dessert. It was a pleasure working with Vicky. He's available, personable, transparent and always puts the needs of his clients first. I highly recommend this team for any catering event. I know I will be using them again!
