The Fish Guy - New Port Richey

Sent my Son in for cod and chips listed on the web for 11.99. Instead my Son came out with a grouper sandwich. He is highly allergic to wheat. When calling the owner, he said my Son didn't have enough money. I ask how many pieces of fish comes in an order. He replied 3 or 4. He should of given him less two and called it a sale to accommodate. Instead he was given 4 little fish nuggets in the sandwich. Owner said it's inflation. Another thing, if you want high blood pressure the salt was so overpowering. The quiet conversation turned into the owner hanging up on me. Sad

Fish was a bit greasy, no cocktail sauce but shrimp was crunchy and tasty. Cole slaw had nice dressing and flavor

We love the Fish Guy! We are in the area a few times a year and always make a point of having at least one meal there. Seating is limited because the restaurant is small but worth the wait!

Outstanding! I had lobster bisque and blackened swordfish. I will be back and I’ll be bringing friends!

Great food. I enjoyed the gulf grouper. Chris provided excellent service even with the water is sure of how busy it got. Casual atmosphere
